Packing & Handling - Generally within 24 hours
Handling is the process from when you've ordered, through to packaging and finally handing your order to a courier. Generally the process can take up to 24 hours, depending on the time you ordered. We strive to get all orders out on the day you order!
We also perform exhaustive fraud-checks, ensuring customer and company protection. We utilise top fraud-checking technologies and techniques, though sometime this process can take up to 48 hours.
Once everything is good to go, we carefully package your item discreetly and hand it over to your courier!
Some orders are fulfilled by Partner Suppliers, in the case that any item(s) from your order will be sent by our partner, rest assured you will be getting the same FAST and DISCREET service you expect from Pervette Passion.
Shipping
We offer the best shipping rates, Australia wide, and constantly review our internal costs to ensure great pricing, everyday, for customers! Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours and tracking will be provided when it is available.
Barring unforeseen events, deliveries generally take up to 2 days for capital cities along the east-coast (QLD, NSW & VIC) and 2-3 days for all other Metropolitan areas. Expect 3-4+ days for shipping to Regional areas.
Collection & Delivery
Once your order has been delivered and collected, please ensure your order is correct before opening any product packaging, as this may void a refund.
